Aunty Goes Home - The Invisible People series

Aunty Goes Home is a touching story about how a young girl adjusts to a new domestic helper in the home. “Aunty” eventually becomes part of their family, and they help her fulfill her dreams of becoming a chef.

Written by local author Ames Chen, this touching book helps children to get a deeper understanding of the life and work of a domestic worker better, giving them a keener appreciation of the auntys who live away from their own families to care for their family.
