Menstrual Cup
The AllMatters Menstrual Cup (formerly OrganiCup) is the easier, healthier, cheaper, and greener alternative to pads and tampons. It is simply emptied morning and evening – that means worry-free periods all day and all night. The AllMatters Menstrual Cup is AllergyCertified and made of 100% medical-grade silicone, so it doesn’t mess with your body’s natural environment. No more dealing with abrasions, irritations and stinks - with a menstrual cup, you truly won’t feel a thing! You can use your cup for all your sports activities, including swimming, without fear of leaks. Once you’ve made the switch, we guarantee you’ll never look back.
OrganiCup is AllergyCertified, registered with The Vegan Society, cruelty free (no animal testing) and complies to all relevant legislation.
Why we love it
1. Maximum comfort
Now you won’t have to deal with pads that shift and rub against your skin, or tampons that irritate your sensitive parts. Due to the soft and flexible silicone material of the OrganiCup, you won’t feel a thing while wearing it.
The OrganiCup is made of 100% medical-grade silicone, so it doesn’t mess with your body’s natural environment. While pads and tampons absorb necessary vaginal secretions, OrganiCup only collects – thus eliminating irritation and dryness while ensuring that the pH-balance is kept intact. Say goodbye to irritations, wedgies, and horrible smells!
2. Convenient and simple to use
No more hunting down toilets and dealing with dirty bins - you can wear your cup from morning to evening and simply empty it in the comfort of your home. The AllMatters Menstrual Cup can contain triple the amount of an XL tampon, so most users only need to empty it after 8-12 hours. If you need to be out of the house for longer, simply use a pad or wear period underwear as backup for the last few hours.
Once inserted properly, there should be no leaks so you can wear your cup while doing all sorts of sports, including swimming or gymnastics. The cup is also ideal while travelling, when you might not have access to a restroom or a trash bin for extended periods of time.
3. Affordable and environmentally friendly
The average woman spends over $6,000 on period products in her life. For less than $40, the AllMatters Menstrual Cup allows you to reduce or even eliminate your use of disposable pads, tampons, and liners. It is reusable for many years, saving the environment from a huge amount of waste.
The AllMatters Menstrual Cup is AllergyCertified, registered with The Vegan Society, cruelty free (no animal testing) and complies to all relevant legislation.
4. Risk-free
We’re so confident that this will change your life that we offer all customers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. You can buy a cup, use it for 2 periods (min. 60 days), and if you’re still not completely satisfied with it, we’ll give you a different size or a refund.

- Size A: For those who haven’t given birth vaginally
- Size B: For those who have given birth vaginally
- Size Mini: For teens and those who need a smaller size
If this is your first cup or you’re worried you’re in between sizes, we recommend that you get a smaller size. It won’t be loose or drop out, but it might fill more quickly (in which case you could use it for the later half of your cycle or the second half of a long day).

FAQ
Isn‘t it painful/uncomfortable?
The process of inserting the menstrual cup can be uncomfortable at first, but once the cup is in, you won’t feel it at all! As with all things, practice makes perfect, and it’ll get easier as you get more used to it. If you are sexually active, you may even find it very easy to begin using the cup, since the cup is much smaller than the male sex organ.
How do I clean it in public toilets?
The menstrual cup only needs to be emptied twice a day, so many people don’t empty it outside at all. If you have an extremely heavy flow, you can add a pad or wear period underwear as a backup for the last few hours.
A handicapped toilet with attached sink is the most convenient way to clean your menstrual cup outside the home. Alternatively, you can bring some bottled water with you or use a disinfecting wipe. If you don’t have either, simply wipe it clean with toilet paper, reinsert and clean later.
Won’t it leak?
Nope! When inserted correctly, the cup shouldn’t leak at all if it’s not completely full (and presuming you have the right size). For most people, the menstrual cup can last 8-12 hours without being completely full. If you’re experiencing leaks in the first few hours, check out our Fit Guide.
Is it safe/hygienic?
Yes! The cup is made from 100% medical grade silicone, which is a material that has been tested for bio compatibility and is safe to wear inside the body. It doesn’t contain BPA or latex. Besides being registered with the FDA and AllergyCertified, we’ve consulted with several gynaecologists. You can read more about cup safety here.
How long does it last?
The material of the AllMatters Menstrual Cup is tested to last for years. We recommend that you replace your cup if the material starts getting sticky or cracking.
